Puros Y Vino Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 My buddy won a Montecristo 520 2012 LE at our local LCDH dinner. Please forgive the photo quality. The PlayBook doesn't have a flash.
rckymtn22 Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Thanks for the peak. Typical cigar trend..... larger jaw breakers.
investandprosper Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Would have loved to see a long and skinny in its place. Even a 42rg. They've already had the Sublime and Grand Edmundo, they should have changed it up.
Lotusguy Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 BTW, what's a Montecito and since when is it 2010 again?
Hash Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Is it already available in Canada,i hope it has the caramalized flavour of the old Monte.
ebhead Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 More photos will be coming later on today. I got home too late last night to bother pulling out the camera to take photos of it. It's not available here yet. It was part of a raffle that I got lucky enough to win. Apparently it is one of the cigars handed out at the Habanos Festival. EB
Michel1968 Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 It's a monster (which I'm not gonna chase...pfew)
cottierm Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Gorgeous! Lucky you Enis! Thanks for posting the pictures Frank! Best, Michel
IcedCanuck Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Awesome, monster indeed. Personally I can't wait to pick one of these puppies up! Thanks for sharing the pics.
ckearns Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Congratulations Enis! I can't wait to hear how it smokes.
ebhead Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Thanks, all!!! I am tempted to light it up, but I want to hold off just a bit before I dive in... EB
laficion Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Congratulation, nice win. I'm not a large jaw breaker trend follower but it's a good looker. Well done !!!
ptrthgr8 Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 I like the bigger sticks. 52-56 ring and 6" or so are perfect in my book. I am clearly in the minority here. And I'm cool with that. You people and your dinky sticks have had your way for too long! Cheers, ~ Greg ~
canadianbeaver Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 My goodness Enis, look kind of, well, phallic. I want to be there with a camera when you light that baby up. You know I am going to have lots to say about it. I am sure you will enjoy this beautiful cigar. Congrats!!! Lisa

orangedog Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Awesome - thanks for posting up. I'm looking forward to snagging a couple boxes of these.
Orion21 Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 6.1 X 55 -- too big for my taste. However, I will more than likely buy more than a couple of boxes because that is what I said about the GE. Pricing anyone?

Orion21 Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 Claus you know what you can do . . . I'm betting close to $20 each.
CanuckSARTech Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 I'm with you on this one...down with dinky sticks!!!
