Love them both, but probably give the edge to the Reyes, as I personally enjoy that flavor profile a bit more Monte 5s and San Cris Principe are on the way - very interested to see how they measure up to the Reyes and Short. Good to hear that the current Monte 5s are smoking well though..

CigarAsh Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 Really like the Monte Petite Edmundos. Smoking extremely well when young. One of my go to shorter smokes through the winter here. For something a little more mellow the PL PCs are usually good.

Upmann pc - recent ones have been fantastic Ones that have just never cut it for me Trini Reyes - don't like the flavor profile Sig 1 - not worth the premium Parti pc - not sure how these differ from the shorts but I'll pass on the pc - too acidic and spicy Monte 4 - I've just never had one that was more than just OK.
