Feel free to tag people with their name/forum name of the guys you know Let me get the ball rolling with crappy iPhone picture: Things are set up waiting for people to show up for the meet and greet: Watching Rob, Smitty and Ken's video message: Passing out a cab of 50 SLR DC for our guest. They smell from that cab was AMAZING! At the restaurant: At the Herf venue: Here is the amazing ashtray Riaz and I recieved from the attendees. Maybe Nino could take his flying cigar adventures to Montreal Next January 2013 before heading to havana...coming to Montreal and being in the cold will make you appriciate the warm cuban weather that much more! Nino Posted January 24, 2012 Share Posted January 24, 2012 Thank you Riaz, I have good memories of Montreal from my early flying days, staying at the Chateau Champlain and having fun in the old quarter so I wouldn't say no to going back - we'll see. As for the Cigarrignac : I'm happy it tasted good to you guys and even more that it contributed to an excellent and worthy cause in Nicaragua. Lotusguy Posted January 24, 2012 Share Posted January 24, 2012 Anybody have any tasting notes on teh lagavulin? i've never had it but have been interested in it for some time now. No tasting notes per se, but I can tell you that even for a declared Islay-hater like me, this one was really great. Smelled very peaty but the taste had just the right amount of smokyness.
