SOOOO GOOOOOD. Had a lobster poutine somewhere before (dont remember where) and that blew my mind also. Never would have guessed that salty cheese would go well with lobster chunks, but oh man....! A few of us had the Pizza poutine at....(don't laugh ) Nickel's. It was pretty damn good.

I can vouch for that: I ran into him and his GF while looking for a place for brunch before I left MTL and they tried to drag me into some all-organic treehugger eggs-from-happy-chickens, kind of place

My body was craving robust food so I stopped at Dunn's yesterday for their Smoked Meat Poutine, then I headed to the local smoking room and had my SLR DC from the HERF. And Simon, you should get on the fatty diet. There's actualy a theory that says that bacon is THE source of happiness. To prove the point, look at all the countries involved in armed conflicts on their soil, they're not allowed to eat bacon. Case closed.

To add to the Bash Simon's culinary taste posts, I reeeallly dislike bacon, not for any religious or spiritual reasons, just hate the taste and texture! Bring on the heat!
