El Presidente Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Well my best friend and Guardian Angel finishes up here at Czars tomorrow. as she takes a few months off on Maternity Leave. We have worked together for a decade. and the relationship between us is very much brother and sister (,,,,,,no...not the Banjo version ). I know i will miss her terribly but she will continue to do our books and check into our accounts to ensure all is running fine. Lise has trained Di (AKA Xena Warrior Princess) to take over her role. Di is Lisa's sister, highly competent, gorgeous and will need a few more weeks to get right into the swing of things. So Lise leaves on Friday. I will cook a BBQ lunch for her.. There will be tears a plenty . and I suspect we will be talking every day. Big hug honey! You have wanted this for as long as I have known you and to see it finally come to fruition is an absolute joy and gift. that I am blessed to share. Will see you at the hospital. Will bring the cigars. I will look after Frank post delivery....and indoctrinate him into that blessed time of wife in hospital....no kids at home.. can't Wait!

Many of us could learn a thing or two from you about caring for people and making sure they know the extent of our love. You fantastic relationship with Lisa, and the rest of your Czar crew, is a great example for people who manage others. It truly does make a difference if you really care about those you work with AND let them know it on a daily basis. That being said, congratulations to Lisa and her husband on the upcoming birth of their first baby. What a magnificent day that will be for everyone who loves and cares for you! It has been a long journey to get this far as some of my older friends from the forum know but my husband and I finally got here when we never thought we would I expect Rob to be at the hospital with my mum not long after my bundle of joy is delivered so there will be photo's Thanks for all the warm wishes Lisa
