TankerT Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 OK... you lost me... what does being pregnant have to do with this behavior?
Phillycyclocross Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 OK... you lost me... what does being pregnant have to do with this behavior? agreed. This is how my wife treats me when she's not pregnant.
benjaminbbush Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 What is that minutes and seconds? What is she--Cuban? Or is that Hours and minutes? If so, enjoy the reprieve. In all seriousness, I think that this shows that Lise is WAY more even kilter than this and Rob is noticing the mood swings brought on by pregnancy. So the silver lining in this cloud (in hopes that Lise does not KILL HIM-REDRUM!) is that Rob is saying Lise is actually a laidback and stable person to be around but for the baby! Good Luck-will be watching the Brissie obituaries!
Ginseng Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 It is indeed beautiful to see Lise so maniacally happy! Amen to that. Wilkey
Hohenthal Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 agreed. This is how my wife treats me when she's not pregnant. :rotfl::rotfl:
PigFish Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 ... so you are sayin' that you are the glass half empty type! Put cotton in one ear, take two Xanax and call me in the morning. -Piggy
thechenman Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Lisa...You going to let Rob get away with that?
laficion Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 8;30 am Hates me. 9;00 am Loves me 9:02 am Hates me again 9:05 am hugs me 910 am Hits me 9:12 am yells at me. 9:15 am kiss on the head. .....and so it goes on all day I'm sure that it has to do more with your order for "THREE sofa couches" then with the fact of being pregnant. Good girl Lisa !!!!
Dbone Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 Could be worse At least she's not demanding you to go fetch her peanut butter and pickles throughout the day.... yet
Squarehead Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 It couldn't happen to me with our first born because I served in the military With the second one she didn't say anything so not to distract me while I was working on the CN-Tower.
First Lady Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 As you can tell I am getting ready to go on maternity leave, Rob and I have never been away from eachother longer than three weeks at time and it is going to be really strange not seeing everyone every day so I have to try to get in my jabs when I can as I know Rob will miss them I will miss all of you guys but I will jump on the forum probably during LITH to give Smithy hell and Rob
Hash Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 With all the mood swings ,is my recent order safe Congratulations.
Orion21 Posted October 26, 2011 Posted October 26, 2011 God I miss my wife being pregnant. The midnight runs to the store for juice or some odd combination of food. Then getting home and her not wanting it anymore and being upset that I didn't call to ask her if she still wanted what she wanted. I also miss the night terrors of being startled awake because she was grabbing my arm and yelling at me that the baby was kicking. Luckily I avoided physical abuse, most of the time . . .
FlyFishingDude Posted October 27, 2011 Posted October 27, 2011 I will miss all of you guys but I will jump on the forum probably during LITH to give Smithy hell and Rob Congrats sweetie! And here I thought this was a daily occurrence....

HOLY HELL!!!! Same here! Especially the store runs, and her being upset at MY MISTAKE that she changed her mind in the 10 mins I was gone!!!! LOL. I don't know what it is with pregnant chicas - but dill pickles seem to be the constant! LOL. Rich, lucious, decadent chocolate ice cream, along with dill pickles and/or dill pickle chips! That was the Mrs.' thing. That was three and a half years ago now with our son. With another one now on the way for February, fingers crossed that I'll make it through unscathed this time around!!!
