El Presidente Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 That is what a friend has asked you to do after a marvelous long dinner. You can choose from any of the 2008 -2009 production releases Habanos. To accompany your cigar you have a choice of Fine French champagne, the best Bourbons, Rums, Cognacs, Imported beers, Scotch, Saki, Wine, Ports, Sherry, Blue Mountain Coffee, Sri lankan Trea, chilled mountain water. What combination would you choose?

Colt45 Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Always a little difficult to hypothetically choose a cigar in such a circumstance - Hoyo DC, Bolivar Inmensa, or Trinidad Fundadore - which shall it be...... Hoyo DC, and start uncorking the Krug or Bolli.......
Laxman Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 I would say its a tough choice between a Sir Winnie or Esplendido but as for the beverage a nice bottle of vintage port wine all day long.
Bartolomeo Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Cohiba Esplendido, Kalik Beer and his wife serving us in her little teddy Bart
perfectform Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 I'll take a Bolivar Especiales No. 2 RE and a glass of 96 Krug please.
PADDYWHACK121272 Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 A nice partagas SD no.4 and a bottle or two of cold Czech beer, I'm a simple kinda guy...
Deemancpa Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Cognac XO( Courvoisier or Hennessy)with a nice Esplendido.
MIKA27 Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 There are just so many choices however as much I as I seem to have a choice for 'anything', I still would go with the following cigar as I find it truly amazing. - Montecristo Sublime LE 2008 and slowly enjoy a glass of Frapin Cuvée 1888 cognac with its combination of sweet spices, honey and toasted vanilla notes.
dochowl Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Sir Winston and a Coke Zero (or water)... sad, but I don't drink the hard stuff.
mkz Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 whats "saki"? I think its "saki, saki loooong time!!"...
dizedean Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 Cohiba Gran Reserve (since I have never had one and the likelihood of having one are very slim) and a good bold dark roast coffee. DSS
mkz Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 I´ll have an Siglo III and a bottle of Chimay blue thanks!
laficion Posted April 14, 2010 Posted April 14, 2010 As long as I'm with a great friend, I'll accept any cigar he offers me even a Statos de luxe and a good Bas Armagnac
PartagasIV Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 01 Lanceros and a 1985 Dom would pretty much do it for me.
rahko Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 Cognac XO( Courvoisier or Hennessy)with a nice Esplendido. I like your thinking!
LeafLover Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 JL #1, Mag46, or SLR A (any will do) and Lagavulin single malt........leave the bottle.
BolivarSmoker Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 I'd go with a Sir Winston and, being a Kentucky boy, bourbon - Buffalo Trace.
StumpyJoe Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 I would want to try something I haven't had before...so as I'm dying to try a Sir Winston...or a Lusitania...defintely a churchill I haven't sampled. As for the beverage...bourbon...Booker's.
cellinisart Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 I just finished dinner and I'm havn a juan lopez PC and a miller lite tonight.
Guest rob Posted April 15, 2010 Posted April 15, 2010 Im pretty certain I'm going for a Sir Winston and a couple serves of Hennessay Paradis. Though, to make it appear I am not taking advantage of my host, I may start with a Partagas Lusitania and a Johnnie Walker Green Label.
