What's Everyone Do For A Living

I hear that Mojo. Why work for the man when you can be the man right?

No doubt. Got sick and tired of beating my head against the wall for someone else. When results were good they tried to squeeze more blood from the rock. When things got challenging they would just yell and scream. Yuk! Thank you very much.

You are a Drunk who have been left holding the keys to the liquour department (whether it is forecasting or purchasing)

I resent that! I'm not a drunk, I'm just tipsy is all... :jester:

I know we have people from all walks of life here but I was just curious as to what everyone does as their career. Or since I know a lot of people hate what they do for a living, what are some dream jobs you guys hope to one day have besides doing what Rob and Lisa do?

-Patrick

I am a lingerie specialist for Vicotia Seceret. I dress the women and make sure everything is fitted properly before they walk the runways! :jester:

I work for Qwest Communications here in SWWY (hence the antennas in my profile pic). Going on 10 years Dec 7th. Pretty cushy job, with great bennies. Hope to be here a while.

Well I'm an Electrician by trade but my dream job would have been as a diesel fitter in a lingerie shop.

I could peek into the change rooms and say " diesel fitter" :P

I like what you do too! Not much better than good BBQ. What style of BBQ do they make in Arkansas?

Nice rig, btw, very nice. Are you using 100% offset heat/smoke or are there coals in the grill compartment too?

100% offset. No coals in the smoker box. I use 100% hickory smoke.

I use old family recipes. Dry rubbed meats slow smoked. Never use the sauce as a glaze. The sauces are a bourbon and brown sugar sweet sauce, and I also offer a "fired up" sauce, with a creole flair.
