In defence of "Rich" people...they are people too you know. People supporting families, employees, spas, mistresses. Billionaire's Tax? It seems unfair that Mike and others may soon be CaliHomeless as they leave for Palm Beach.

I think it’s a dumb idea but I also am not shedding any tears over billionaires paying taxes. Excessive concentration of wealth is bad for the economy anyway.

“It’s just a tax on billionaires” - there’s a sucker born every minute. The right way to think about it isn’t, “who’s the richest person this will impact” but rather “who’s the poorest person this will impact.” No one gives a s**it if Zuckerberg pays more tax. And it’s an easy sell. The reality is even middle class folks will feel the pinch.

I clicked on the article and it basically is a list compiled by asking this question then putting the answers up from the readers.   Seems like a weird way to write an article.   Plus a lot of these items were cheap then, because they got popular the price shot up for example skirt steak.   You could also say that for hot wings.   They used to be fairly cheap then they got popular at bars so the demand drove the price up.   Do I need to hold pinky fingers out when I eat hot wings because I am eating rich people food? 😆
