Weekend Poll Comp: Your MVP Cigar

My go to MVP that never fails is a CoRo or Esmeralda! Right now I have some 2020 Esmeralda that are great and some 2016 CORO and a Laquito factory batch from 2020 smoking the house down!!

I definitely concur with the Quai d'Orsay No.52. At the moment, I'm very much enjoying a box of 2015 Cohiba Siglo IVs also.

I’m currently working my way through a 2016 50 cab of Punch Punch that are smoking very well. I’m trying to save a few though! I’m also enjoying my Nudies Canonazo. It’s taken almost 2 years but they’re much easier to smoke now than they were.

I'm always all over the shop. I can never decide what to smoke. Often it's what's easy to get to too.

I am bashing through a fiver of Corte Suave at the moment though. Checking if I like them consistently. I do.

I also don't have depth in any cigars. And I enjoy the variety. Perhaps I bore easily. Or just curious.

There are a couple that stand out and the one pictured is fairly new. Davidoff Winston Churchill belicoso and Stoic Moderation. This is Stoic's debut blend and it is stellar! Made in Kelner's factory in Dominican Republic I believe. Though, I do keep going back to various nudie blends. I just had a fat fundy this morning that was fantastic.

I have a cab of PP from '16. Fantastic cigars that work above their pay grade all day long.

I have a short list of favorites, but variety is the spice of life! I prefer not to have the same meal multiple times in the same week, just like cigars.

I try to smoke a wide variety of cigars, but I definitely have a soft spot for the Siglo V.

Great question/topic. My collection is either a bunch of singles (not enough data points) or young and trying to avoid. I'd say my go-to right now is the Carlota III, looking forward to the restock.

D4 is my all time goto but I have quickly found a spot for Ramon Allones SCC. Just delicious and well constructed. Now am collecting more boxes with goal to let them age. I’m going to have to really stock up to get ahead of how I have been smoking them.
