Havanaaddict Posted February 12 Posted February 12 So are you a fast smoker or slow smoker? PC 20 min. Corona 30 min. Robusto 40 min. Churchill 50 min. to 60 min. DC 75 min. to 80 min.
Popular Post Chibearsv Posted February 12 Popular Post Posted February 12 If those numbers are par, I'm way over par. PC and Corona - 45-60, Robusto - 60-75, Churchill and DC 90-120 A lot depends on the cigar and my mood. 5
BrightonCorgi Posted February 12 Posted February 12 I am fast smoker for sure. The only one I know for sure on time is a Monte A before the start of the 3rd quarter of an NFL game. 1
Earthbuddy Posted February 12 Posted February 12 I’m a slow smoker. I can get 45 minutes from a PC and 80 to 90 minutes from a robusto. 1
Popular Post Ford2112 Posted February 13 Popular Post Posted February 13 I smoke very slowly. I can make a robusto last an hour plus. PC 45 to 60. DC 2 hours. 4 1

MagicalBikeRide Posted February 13 Posted February 13 I’m similar to others above - PC 40-50 mins, Robusto 60-80 mins. 1
GaryK 54 Posted February 13 Posted February 13 I’m a slow smoker. PC is 1 hours. Robusto, a solid 1.5 hours. Double Corona, 2 hours. These times reflect smoking alone while reading or listening to music. When smoking with good mates and good conversation, I am even slower than the above-stated times. 4

Marco_011t556 Posted February 13 Posted February 13 Used to be slow smoker, now a random smoker. Sometimes slow when I really enjoy it (listening music/ movies), sometimes rapid smoking when with friends; Robusto: 40-60 minutes DC: 90-120 mins 1
Stoyan Posted February 13 Posted February 13 Slow. Recently smoked a LGC MD No. 4 over 90 minutes without relights. 1
unaslob Posted February 13 Posted February 13 I used to blame construction issues for alot of the problems I had with sticks that were really related to pretty hard pulling. I have since actively slowed down and exercise more are with smaller gauge sticks. So used to be fast. Now probably medium. 1 1

habanohal Posted February 13 Posted February 13 I'm right at OP. Though never had a cigar last over an hour.
Habanoschris Posted February 13 Posted February 13 For me personally, with many cigars (not all) smoking slower allows for more favorable flavors and a better overall experience for a few reasons. With that said, at times I have to remind myself to slow down a bit 😚💨 But often get pc to last an hour or so.
Cigar Surgeon Posted February 13 Posted February 13 Robusto target smoking time is 90-120 minutes for me. 20-23 minutes per inch of cigar roughly. 3
benfica_77 Posted February 13 Posted February 13 Robusto for me Hour and 15 when the construction is right etc. that's gotten so consistent that I don't need to look down at my watch to see the time, I can gauge based on the cigar lol. PCs - around 50 minutes, if's a banger PLPC I might go an hour flat and go super slow. 1
Popular Post Li Bai Posted February 13 Popular Post Posted February 13 I thought I was a slow smoker but reading these I guess I am a SUPER SLOW smoker. PC 90-100 mn Corona 100-120 mn Robusto 90-120 mn Churchill 120-135 mn DC 130-180 mn 3 2
ViscountDick Posted February 13 Posted February 13 Usually very slow, around 1 hour for a PC. Smoked my first nudie Ninfa last night and I got 90 mins out of it.
SUP8333 Posted February 13 Posted February 13 Fast & Furious. PC 20 min Corona 30 min Robusto 40 min DC 60 mins I tend to take longer for relatively thin sticks, like MdO no.4, Montecarlo or Ninfas at around 30 mins.
DennyPaul Posted February 13 Posted February 13 How are some of you guys able to smoke so slow? I'm newish to cigars, and it feels like if i don't take a puff every 30 seconds, part of the cherry starts dying out. RH 62%, very stable storing conditions. @Chibearsv @Ford2112 @Cigar Surgeon 1
sbsbsb1 Posted February 13 Posted February 13 I'm somewhere in between you short smokers and long smokers, ha. But I always seem to burn through a cigar faster if I'm with friends. Go through them slower when I'm alone and just watching a movie or a ballgame.
