El Presidente Posted November 6, 2024 Posted November 6, 2024 We will run through the scales over the coming days and put your recommendations in a poll. Today: Favourite cigar $10 and under? < $250 USD a box (25) CC and NC recommendations welcome. The sub $10 market is certainly shrinking.......but there are still some fine cigars to be found. Your recommendation? 1
GerardMichaelTX Posted November 6, 2024 Posted November 6, 2024 Warped Cloud Hopper is certainly enjoyable at the price range. Very nice coronas. Also, Fuente Lonsdale and Padron Londres. Montesinos are stil 70/80 a bundle and those are great cigars too if you give them a little age. To preface I am in Texas so there are still even a handful of $5 cigars that are enjoyable.

JermzCC Posted November 6, 2024 Posted November 6, 2024 I'm not sure what they are trending at in 2024 but Fonseca Cosaco is one of my favorite Cuban profiles. I only have 7 left from a box of 25 and have been trying to restrain myself from finishing the box. I always look around to see if I can find another box, but alas no.
bmac Posted November 6, 2024 Posted November 6, 2024 Tatuaje Black Britanicas Extra 3 years aged minimum.$180

treberty Posted November 6, 2024 Posted November 6, 2024 Discovered the HVC Cerro Robusto and Hot Cake and I really enjoy them. I really like most Tatuaje lines, Oliva V Maduros, Illusione Fumee D'Amour... there are a few that I enjoy now. As for Cubans I'll stick to RG - always a great value for me.
BoliDan Posted November 6, 2024 Posted November 6, 2024 Fuente Spanish Lonsdale. High cinnamon on the retrohale. Delish
jfire Posted November 6, 2024 Posted November 6, 2024 Oliva V Melanio in smaller sizes (for under 10 USD) one of the only NCs I’ll still smoke for the price to value ratio. If not I’m smoking a CC. Probably had 50 in the last 5 years.

Boss Hog Posted November 6, 2024 Posted November 6, 2024 Arturo Fuente Short Story. Best bang for the buck cigar out there. Period. And this is coming from a Cuban cigar snob, which says a whole lot. 😉 2

gormag38 Posted November 7, 2024 Posted November 7, 2024 The first thing that came to my mind was AF Short Story. Such a great little cigar. If looking to go the Cuban route; HUHC or some party mille fluers 2
