Looks like it may not even be at a Cat 1 when it's over the area. Big difference bwtween 70 MPH winds and 120 MPH winds. The Panhandle is going to get pounded though.

Yeah, the wind shouldn’t be a huge problem - flooding could cause issues for anything in the ground. Hopefully it won’t linger long enough to be a serious problem.

Since they don't pick up the garbage but once a month I am hearing the garbage and flies are all over the place in Havana. John
