Thankfully, I noticed before picking it up to dump out ashes.  At least the pieces are completely intact, so nothing a little glue cant fix.

Haha. Yeah, I'm guessing the Freeze/Thaw thermal cycling is what did it. I always bring mine back inside after I dump the ashes. Like you said, a good glue or two part epoxy should do the trick.

I have a mason coming to re-do my paver patio, so I might just have him do it while he is here.

Yep, that marine grade concrete glue they use should do the trick. Or Liquid Nails for concrete/stone will work too. Easy to find at hardware store or HD
