Caris the Jewellers? I had a quick look on-line and they had a store in Perth. Originally, they operated out of Kalgoorlie, WA. Plus, the voiceover in the commercial is of the 'Cultivated' Australian type, i.e like former Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser, Cate Blanchett or Geoffrey Rush.

So, this has me wondering where this Dunhill shop was filmed?

Dunhill stores today you'd barely notice any association to cigars or tobacco.  The Dunhill store in Boston was my first real introduction into cigar culture.
