When you rotate the box, the marking says "SUSSS 1" which I would guess is code for "this box is a suspect one." Fakes confirmed.

SUS would be Sep 89. 

The factory looks like it starts SS so Sancti Spiritus which would be highly unusual for a cigar like RyJ Churchills which were almost always rolled at BM at this time. In 1989 RyJ Churchills would have been considered the top CC along with Esplendidos or SW.
