Small Delay in N4 Shipping

Folks,

The N4 as you are aware is being shipped from Florida.  Small delay in N4 shipping as our team has no power/water currently. Once power is back on they will complete the run but it is unlikely to happen before early next week.

Edit: I tried, couldn't do it. Ian ripped thru my old home town and is now following me up to the Carolinas. Most of my friends are without power and water. I can wait a week or two to try the new cigars... 😔

Edit:  My High School friend Brian had a successful restaurant on Marco Island, Fin Bistro.  The group chat of very close friends is still pending response from him which is scaring the shit out of me.

Marco is fine. Well down the coast from Naples and FMY.

Marco is not fine.  It didn’t get the eye wall like Fort Myers but it got the surge for longer as it was the east side of the system the entire time. That island was basically a swamp already, there’s no where for the water to go.  My buddy lost his house on Marco, and we aren’t talking about a small shack.  Fortunately for him he had multiple houses to choose from to flee to.

Did not know that. My bad. Cape Coral was my old neighborhood and most of my friends live between Charlotte Harbor and Naples. That said, I haven't heard of anything wrecked on Marco. Of course, my news sources no longer have working vehicles...

Update: Marco is fine. A bunch of rain, NO STORM SURGE. Sorry for your buddy's loss. It seems he'll be ok...

The forecast was for a direct hit on Tampa initially. My neighbor flew into area Friday and said all good.
