If  we get enough interest, I  will push for the next session to be  8:30  PM local time Sydney / 11:30 am London/ 5:30PM Perth. 
it would be great to have all the Aussie and Euro crew on board 

This sounds like a plan; cracking a bottle of champagne and lighting cigars at 1 am hasn't gone too well in the past.

I am planning on a bottle of Bernard Gaucher 2005 Prestige Champagne to start along with PL Encanto or MdO No. 2 cigar.
