You have a cigar regular rotation roster of 8-10 cigars. Regular rotation are cigars which comprise 80% of what you smoke. 

In the kingdom of PuroPuro, it's draft time September 30 and you can cut up to  2 cigars from your regular rotation and draft up to 2 in. 

Yes....there is a salary cap .....price wise you need to draft like with like in terms that the combined (total)cost of the cigars coming = roughly the equal value to the cigar/s being cut.
