Bijan Posted September 1, 2020 Posted September 1, 2020 Is the date and/or the ticker determined yet?
Habana Mike Posted September 1, 2020 Author Posted September 1, 2020 Ticker is SNOW. Can't say regarding the timing. All in the S-1 A fair few tech companies filed last week 2
Meklown Posted September 1, 2020 Posted September 1, 2020 I know I will be in the ballot for Ant Financial! 1
BrightonCorgi Posted September 1, 2020 Posted September 1, 2020 Snowflake has been a hot technology for a little bit. 1
PaulPower Posted September 1, 2020 Posted September 1, 2020 As a rule, I avoid them. What makes snowflake specialty.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Got us by the balls. I expect a lot of old companes also fell in this trap. Oh yes. I know the Oracle game very well. Been competing with them for 30 years! My brother in law worked there for a while. Has his own business now. I've forgiven him On 9/1/2020 at 3:45 PM, PaulPower said: As a rule, I avoid them. What makes snowflake specialty. Yellot00tr Posted September 16, 2020 Posted September 16, 2020 Salesforce might be the play. Buy into earnings before 12/1. They have upside exposure. 1

Yellot00tr Posted September 16, 2020 Posted September 16, 2020 It's set to begin trading today. Let's see what it soars up to today. 160 a share wouldn't be a shocker. Might be higher based on the overall markets and fed response later. If this thing rages high, I can see it pulling the whole tech sector up with it. The sheer excitement when AAPL hit $2T valuation drove the markets nuts. No options pricing.
FireDigger Posted September 16, 2020 Posted September 16, 2020 $120 a share was what Snowflake got. At opening, the banks might start at $160. I wouldn't be surprised if it reaches $200 at some point today. It's almost Tesla-expensive, but everyone and their grandma wants a piece, so I will most likely see how crazy this gets from the sidelines. 1
