There are a few odd things here, and it could be legit. I also wouldn't touch it.

A loose, unattached warranty seal or Habanos sticker floating around the box is, in my experience, a tell tale sign of fakes.

Looks like a rainbow of colors/shades in the first layer of the box. Reminds me of a bowl of Froot Loops.. Is that telling in any way? Also, no cedar sheet between the layers - unusual for the time period?

So many alarm bells here, but the one that so few people concentrate on, is the glassine paper.   This is icy white, and in one of the pictures you can see it's actually rolled up....as if it's just been cut off a fresh tube........because it has

Given that the box year is 2000, the cigar quality would be better if it was fake!

Still remember tossing an entire box of  1999 VRDA with that wonderful H2000 fireproof wrapper into the garbage.  Almost all were plugged, those that weren't wouldn't burn with that wrapper.  Still hurts.
