It is a great documentary, thanks for sharing. Dave Broom is a highly regarded whisky/whiskey/spirits writer. That may be a controversial comment here, but I know many of the Irish distillers like him.

The best scene is at 37:40, "Don't walk on here, walk on the road, it's slippy here."
