Another informative article again by Ken. Hopefully I’ll figure out a way to get some of these.

Ken, great article mate. I have just one question, in this essay you've labelled @El Presidente a 'local importer'. I'm just curious if you're going to refer to him as 'someone I've met' in the next write-up?

Great article. Although I wish this were written after my humidor was well stocked.

Too bad that your RyJ Churchill experience was so poor. While mine was not out-of-this-world, it was very good, not sure that they are worth $750 a box, but still quite good.

Is it possible that there is some Añejados prejudice here? If so, I don’t fault you for that, the release deserves all the criticism it has gotten. This seemed to be an exception for me. Of course, it is more credible that the vitola existed before the release and wasn’t some sort of new invention from the “creative” minds at Tabacuba.

My R&J Anejado Churchill experiences have been ok/ good to very good as well.  Unfortunately, the 2018/19 regular  Churchill experience has been very good to brilliant ...at near half the price.

We have reviewed both recently. The value proposition was a no brainer :cigar:

I agree with this 100%. I have a PSP box en route, looking forward to sampling one.

Perhaps "the schmuck who brings me free cigars in order that I can write paid articles for 3rd parties"

nice.

if you recall, i gave up my public holiday to do a video for you in order that you may swan about the globe, counting the dosh as it floods in.

i can't even afford your son as a gardener any more.

The cruelty of it, when I am simply your obedient puppet.

Hath not a puppet eyes? Hath not a puppet hands,
organs, dimensions, senses, affections, passions; fed with the same
food, hurt with the same weapons, subject to the same diseases,
heal'd by the same means, warm'd and cool'd by the same winter
and summer, as an importer is? If you prick us, do we not bleed? If
you tickle us, do we not laugh? If you poison us, do we not die?
And if you wrong us, do we not revenge?

Well, apparently not.

Ken it'd be pretty sad if I was still your  gardener 3 years after graduating university!

You are delusional.

11am  Monday Morning was indeed  public holiday.

You were found on your couch in your underwear eating breakfast cereal while watching "The View".

I saved you from yourself.

well we know that is a lie.

i don't wear underwear at home.

i do not eat 'cereal' (only my own home made muesli, heathen).

and i have no idea what the view is.

trust me, when i found out what it cost to have a real gardener, you'd have been sacked on the spot! not that i was not grateful for your efforts.

You're right, it was just a guess. I concur with @db13, I've had a miserable few days since doing some video reviews with @Luca (which were fantastic to do!) on Monday. I've been battling a cold, symptoms of fatigue, drowsiness, loss of appetite, headache and congestion. I couldn't even think about lighting up a stogie feeling this way. You and Rob have brought me slowly back to better health today on account of how much laughter you've both induced. Far be it for me to moderate this wonderfully entertaining thread! ?
