Ritch Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 I have an approx 35 min to 40 min drive home. During which I like to partake in a nice smoke. It isnt quite long enough for a robusto and a half corona isnt quite long enough. My three favourites are Monte Petit Edmundo, RJ Petit Churchill and today I finally tried a HDM Petit Robusto. Which I have to say was fantastic. But where is the Bolivar Petit Robusto? In your eyes what vitola and marca is missing from the Habanos line up...
GavLew79 Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 A Robusto from Sancho Panza. A Double Corona from Trinidad. I think those two would definitely float my potatoes.

Apparently, in all of the Asia Pacific, France, Brazil, Turkey, Lebanon, and of course Andorra. Only the globe-trotting Ramon Allones Petit Robusto is more well traveled. 1
Cubadust Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 I wouldn't mind a San Cristobal robusto, a Partagas "Serie" minuto and or petit corona and the Saint Luis Rey Tesoros RE España 2016 (50 x 102) to be regular production.
cfc1016 Posted September 16, 2019 Posted September 16, 2019 I'd like to see a seoane, a dalia, and a julieta no. 2 be considered mandatory regular production vitolas for every single marca. I'm also not holding my breath. Edit: i find minutos to be perfect for that kind of commute. I used to start almost every day with a principe and a cup of coffee on my ~35 minute commute. I know other people like party shorts and rasccs, but principes just really butter my bread, as many people here are well aware. 2

How much time do you have? A Coronas in every marca would be a good start. BCJ works as a 40 minute Boli hit for me. Hard for me to get into anything shorter than a Serie D5 vitola. 6
Ritch Posted September 16, 2019 Author Posted September 16, 2019 A Corona or a minuto is a good cigar. But I'm going to anger the cigar elite here and say; I'm a smoker, as well as flavour I'm looking for lots of smoke and a nicotine hit. And I find that on small ring gauges I draw too often, too fast and dont get the hit I'm looking for. That's not to say I dont enjoy a Corona or minuto. I do. But usually in the morning with a coffee.

HumidorJuan Posted September 17, 2019 Posted September 17, 2019 I have the identical commute and for me its the perfect length for el Principe or upmann Half Corona or a Siglo I if you really take your time with it.
