And that's why you triple check that the harness is on correctly and the straps are tight. That harness was loose, and she made it worse when she squatted, shifting it out of place. Camera guy and instructor should have known better, and pulled back inside. She clearly had second thoughts about jumping out of a perfectly good plane, and they should have aborted.

But what really annoys me is the use of a wide angle lens.
