Ritch Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 On the home whilst really enjoying a 2017 CoRo I moved over to allow a car to pass. Bad idea. Turns out my 4x4 is not really that good off road... 2
Thirds Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 That ditch is steeper than it looks! Glad you can laugh about it. The good cigar helps.
Ritch Posted July 19, 2019 Author Posted July 19, 2019 It was a good 45 degrees. I struggled to get out the car. Had to haul myself out. The otherside was an embankment. I suspect without the embankment it would have rolled.
Chef Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 45* is extremely steep. I don’t know if most cars could drive up a paved road that steep.
Thirds Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 It does look like it was on the cusp of rolling. Close call.

Ritch Posted July 20, 2019 Author Posted July 20, 2019 Dont get me started on that. I wanted the little bastards to board. That's live in to you Yanks. But apparently 4 years old is too young for them to do that. Bloody government guidelines. 1

Engage dif lock, left hand down, reverse, right hand down, second gear and give it some beans. Out. Even young Harriet could manage that. Sent from 47171 Lempo

Diff lock. 4 wheel low range. Reverse. Forwards. Just got more stuck! The left hand side was resting on an embankment... 1
