Popular Post madandana Posted June 30, 2019 Popular Post Posted June 30, 2019 While mike smoked a Monte 2 I made him a Cuban Stromboli, which was easy and pretty tasty. 7 Oz. Pizza dough (half the crust) Swiss cheese, salami, ham and turkey Roll the pizza dough into a 12 by 6 inch rectangle. Layer on Swiss, Ham, turkey and several kosher pickles. Roll and pinch seams together. Whisk egg yolk with some water and brush over, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 450 for 15 minuets. Serve with yellow mustard. Dana 4 1

lovethehaze Posted July 1, 2019 Posted July 1, 2019 Normally i add the baked potato but trying to keep the carbs down. Prime NY Strip, perfect cut for me sweet and lean but has plenty of marble for flavor. Salt and pepper. That’s it. Grilled medium rare. Salad, dealers choice on ingredients. Dressing is lemon, olive oil and touch of balsamic. If potato is added then rub olive oil, salt and pepper on skin. Bake for an hour at 430. Skin will be perfectly crisp. Wait, you're still in that buffer zone? Mine died sobbing in a corner weeks later!
nKostyan Posted July 3, 2019 Posted July 3, 2019 Another one...Fish rollTake any non-oily hot smoked fish. I take fish with red meat (salmon, trout, pink salmon) - it makes the roll beautiful. Meat should be separated from bones and kneaded into small pieces. I fry thinly sliced garlic in olive oil. After the garlic has given the taste to the oil, I throw it away. Onions put a lot (today two large bulbs). Onions cut into small cubes. Oil should be enough to fry onions. Sometimes I put onions raw, then the roll becomes spicy, but it can spoil the taste of cigars and just be the smell of onions from the mouth. Onions fried until caramelized (translucent gold), so he doesn't lose moisture and will crackle in your mouth. Add a little parsley or other greens to choose from. All mix and add mayonnaise (can be sour cream, yogurt) so that the mass was juicy and well stuck. I take Armenian lavash - thin flexible dough without yeast. I am sure in other countries there is something similar called Arab lavash. Spread the resulting mass on the pita bread and twist the roll. Put it briefly in the refrigerator to soak lavash (it will be easier to cut). It turned out to be a very nourishing and nutritious snack. Also goes well as an appetizer to vodka - fat and salty it will not let you get drunk quickly. 3
