What was the factory code in 2015 and 2016?

In keeping with the “xxO” theme, I recently got  a couple of boxes of TPO.  Has anyone out there heard about this code?

El Laguito:

MEL 07-09; TEU; 10-11; BTO; 11-12; MUO 13-14; AMO 15-16, UAO 17-19

*Dates are approximate--some overlapping of years do occur

*edit--it does appear that LBT and MES are claimed by some to have been El Laguito codes in 09 and 11 respectively. I have not confirmed this however.

I find it interesting that Habanos recycled MEL. MEL was back in circulation from 2015-17.

It does appear that this is the case. This is very unusual and I think it may have only happened once before that I can recall. Never for the same factory. I think it is an oversight in both instances as they have plenty of 3-letter combos left for at least another 100 years, although it seems they don't like to repeat characters often (COO, LEE) and they seem to avoid letters D, H, J, Q, V, W, X, Y and Z.

Som wasn't an el code
Bto was 12 and 13
Uao is 17 to current

Yes, I was in El Laguito but it was last Friday  @oliverdst....

This is a bit off-topic, but I honestly saw more boxes of AMO Partagas in 2016 than Cohiba. Why the eff did they roll so many Partagas (mostly D4 and E2) at El Laguito?
