Suitable for which RG?

Yep, My first thought was someone being admitted to the emergency ward, being asked by the doctor.

- "How did you slit your wrists Sir?"

- "I was trying to force my oversized cigar into my novelty glass"

- "Nurse!??.............we have another entrant for the Darwin Awards"

Won't the iced drink cause condensation on the cigar?
And what happens when the cigar has burnt down beyond the width of the glass?
I haven't found the drink/cigar interface to be a problem so far so it looks like a solution to a problem that doesn't generally exist. You could however stick a small spring roll, curled biscuit or similar in there I suppose.

Which raises the question: would I really wish to eat a small spring roll that has been cooled and soaked by the condensation in the glass?

This reminds me of the novelty coffee mugs which had a slot for a biscuit.  Quite often, the illustration sported some form of chocolate cookie.  The advertising blurbs kept quiet about the effects of heat on chocolate.

The ad seems to suggest that you are expected to smoke the cigar, and sip the drink, while the cigar is attached to the glass.  While playing poker.

Doctor: How did you singe your eyebrow off, sir?

Patient: Oh, sipping the last of my bourbon...with a burning cigar protruding an inch from the rim of the glass.

Doctor: Hmm.  And how did you cut your hand?

Patient: Dropped the glass on the table and slammed my hand on the shards while flailing around with a burning eyebrow.

Doctor: Okayyyyy.  And how did you break your nose?

Patient: Toppled the poker table.  And the guy holding the straight flush punched me in the face...

I could just imagine myself walking around, thinking I'm hot shit, and the first time I use it, I go to clink glasses with someone, and my cigar slides right off onto the floor.

Reminds me of a favorite scene from Seinfeld...

Seems like a bad idea. Condensation, usually one only drinks while cigar is down or visa versa. May work with some sort of rubberized portion over the cigar holder but then why not just rest on your ash tray?

I guess there's a buyer for anything and this may be a cool novelty/gift item.

Lots of naysayers.. I saw this first in @MIKA27's Cool/Weird thread and bought 4 of them (one for me and 3 as gifts for my friends). Thank you @MIKA27 for being ahead of the wave on this one. I actually like them.. kind of a functional novelty.

Sometimes I don't want to lean over and lay my cigar on the ashtray.. I can drop it right where my whiskey is for a temporary hold. Damn first-world problems..

As you see in the photo above, the cigar rest is above the chilled liquid line which should help with that. Me, I'm a "neat" whiskey drinker. Zero condensation experienced.
