Rafael Gonzalez PC and Perlas. I find these similar to montecristo perhaps even with a few extra flavours. Always cheap.

Another little winner I have discovered recently is the Vegueros Mananitas. Nice little torpedo shaped 25 minute smoke. For me, the flavours are cohiba'esque although decidedly less brilliant as can be expected for the cheap price.

H.upmann Connie 1 is my staple cigar. Never let me down, and I always make sure I have two full boxes in my inventory.

I have to say a h Upmann half corona.  It's a great little tasty cigar it always hits the spot.  And at 100 for a box of 25 how do you go wrong?

I've had more plugged huhc than not. The ones that were not have been very good. Guess I just have bad luck.

I have enjoyed the Upmann PC this year but not sure if they are 2017. I purchased them as a half box this year.

For me, it's been 2014 RG Perlas and 2016 SCdlH El Principe clearance boxes, both of which I would put up against anything in my humidor, regardless of price. True gems here!

Earlier this year you could get 2014 RGPC pretty easily and at dirt cheap prices. I only seem to like Rafael Gonzalez with at least a couple of years age and I hate having to wait on my cheap and cheerfuls so getting them already at the three mark was lovely.

In my estimation the HU Mag 46 is the best value going.  Just slightly more than the average box of marevas and a great format.  Great fresh and turn in to stunners with a little age on them.

HdM epicure 1 for me. I started to go off them a few months ago but it didn’t last. Although I love a good Mag 46, I find myself reaching for the Epi 1 far more often and never regret it. Good fresh and great aged. I need to order some more very soon!

Monte tubos ,so good,  received another box on Friday...2014 box code. Magnum 54 had my far share this year. love them. The 10 count boxes are a bargain for Aus brethren

Yeah, I’ve only had a couple of Principes, but if they’re as consistently good as the ones I’ve had, they’d be a great choice.

2016 BBF for me, on a roll right now. Darkish wrappers but not looking like dog turds and lovely rich flavours, wont be the same aged IMO as you will lose the richness of the smoke.

The HdM Palmas Extra are a staple, and yes I'm very close to the bottom row so I'm panicking. The first half of the cigar is amazing! with a strong-ish HdM taste along with milk chocolate hints. Things aren't as great once the stick enters the last 3rd. I rarely smoke them past band point. $3.50 cheapie! Hour-long smoke, can be dragged to 80mins with pacing.

 

J. Fuego Connoisseur Orignals is my staple NC. They go for about 2bucks or less if bought en masse. Again, first half of the cigar is all dry cacao powder and aromatic tobacco. It's mind blowing at this price point! About 30% of the Fuego Conns I've smoked turn a little metallic towards the end. Metallic green pepper. Not what I look for in a cigar. Still, $2 cheapie goes a long long way. 45-60min smoke.

 

Davidoff Winston Churchill Belicoso. Not really a 'cheapie' but I feel they're quite value for money considering the brand/band and the nice tins they come with. A stick I can always count on, every single time! Especially when giving them out to business friends and new-smokers. Perfect construction every single time. Also the brand Davidoff gets alot of cookie points. My Ultimate Moocher Stick!! 60min smoke. Pleasant cedar wood, dark wood, mild spices, a slightly fuller bolder Davidoff-esque profile. $6.50
