semifan1 Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 Or just randomly look at? without naming any sources please. I do all my buying online with FOH now. I have purchased from 3 different online places in the beginning and still look at 3-4 different vendors from time to time just to see what they have. A lot of my other purchases come from LCDH's when I travel for work and vacation.
ebhead Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 Predominantly in Havana cigar stores, then it would be Istanbul Duty Free (good stock) whenever I head out there... 1
Popular Post JohnInCleveland Posted July 5, 2017 Popular Post Posted July 5, 2017 I look everywhere, but buy 90%+ here. I spend an unhealthy amount of time looking. 8
Popular Post SCgarman Posted July 5, 2017 Popular Post Posted July 5, 2017 I fly my Gulfstream to Havana on a semi-annual basis and bring back dozens of mastercases of cigars. The only way to go! 5
kuma Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 when in Rome do as the Romans do. Same goes for France, Spain and sometimes Japan. When at home only one vendor FOH. Remember work smarter not harder. It is a no brainer buying on-line from Rob. Trust is the major factor in on-line buying. Trust Rob and crew 100%................ 2

devildoge9 Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 Before finding FOH and Rob, I bought from 3 other vendors, all in Stockholm and didn't realize how dissatisfied I was with them until I started buying on 24:24, now 100% here... 1
Winchester21 Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 95% here. Balance from friends who travel all the time. Also I have an airline buddy who flies an Airbus 330 to Europe several times a month. He buys from duty free shops and LCDH Don't waste your time with fishing excursions to the internet. Prices and quality pretty much suck. 24:24 is the way to buy quality sticks without issues. Rob is the man Warning- cigars bought directly from Cuba may be loaded with tobacco beetles. Cigars bought through distributors are frozen prior to shipment to address this issue. A friend of mine recently found this out the hard way?
Sean3 Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 All CC's are purchased here on FoH. I used to use another vendor that I had good luck with, but find 24:24 to be infinitely more entertaining, not to mention...the quality is known.
whatsinmybag Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 Relatively new to the CC game, but right now I use 2. Soon to be down to one though I'm sure, aka FoH. Now if I could just have more spending money. Sent from my LG-D800 using Tapatalk
Dmpotocek Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 I do a majority of my buying here, however I have 3 other vendors who I watch/buy from as well. If I buy elsewhere it is usually price driven. I use foh as a research tool, so I can keep track of what is having a good run. If I see a stick that's consistently performing, and is selling for a good price elsewhere I'll take the risk and buy blind. Case and point, these came in the mail yesterday With the price being what it was, the gamble certainly paid off. No cracked feet, excellent construction and beautiful aroma Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2

Ptowncigar Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 Nowadays I only buy on FOH. But I use another vendor to brows. 1
BrightonCorgi Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 About 3-4 different online vendors, duty free's and about 3-4 different B&M's when I am their respective locales.
Frozen North Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 May I ask my American brothers. How often do you get your cigars flagged for extra duties, fee's or taxes? I'm in Alberta Canada, and get hammered HARD every time I have something shipped to me. 1

But the sticks sometimes get snagged due to it being illegal to order online and try to import them. 1
alloy Posted July 6, 2017 Posted July 6, 2017 Also, I mainly use three including FOH. But am trying a fourth due to the site having the sticks I want.
