I have nothing on .

Brilliant :spotlight:

Potter with the boat. Double check fishing gear. Work out how to use the Lowrance properly.  Cigar while doing so.

Read a good paper. Cigar.

Sleep in past 4:45 am. proving a challenge.

Cook something special. Have a hankering for Spinach and Prosciutto stuffed veal rolls. Bottle of fine red.  Cigar. Thinking aged 898.

It is not often when we have nothing on. Looking forward to it!

Have a cracker weekend!

It's my birthday next week so I'm heading to Seoul on Sunday. No plans for Saturday, probably recovering from a few gins tonight!

Well for me it's work again. I am booked in for a job starting at 6am tomorrow and going for god knows how long. I have been up before the sun every day this week and home after it sets. I was at my last job today and they asked if I could work Sunday. I think my customers are trying to kill me.

I had high hopes of actually having a cigar up on the deck with the guys this afternoon but work prevented that.

Please put on pants.

When Aussies say pants, do they mean trousers like Americans do? Or underpants like Brits do? Just trying to figure out when El Prez has a free weekend, how "free" he gets exactly...

Planning on playing my first round of golf since double knee replacement four months ago.  Not expecting much quality, but looking forward to getting out and at least trying.  Especially after almost two weeks straight of spring rains here in the Midwest.  I just want sunshine and the outdoors again!

New humidor arrives today - a tower 2000!  No worries - I'm sure FoH will help me fill it! LOL

3 of 5 grandkids coming for a quick visit and a homemade pizza lunch.

Finally starting to warm up here - looking like 10C tomorrow, good day for a late afternoon walk.

Still lots of snow to melt - 3 foot piles all over the yard and along the driveway.

Looking like a BBQ steak day sunday! Yum!!!

Oh - and probably a 9 stick weekend!

Gents, I'm getting married in Atlanta this weekend and I've got a box of nicely rested CoRos at the ready! I'm sure some of the guests will smoke an inch or so and them stub them out, but you only get married once, right?

Or in my case, twice.....

Cheers!

Atl native? Down in Peachtree City here, let me know your area always down to meet a botl for a cigar!

congrats on the wedding.  Enjoy the crisp sunny weather we're having

All day at the machine shop tomorrow. Hope to be able to work on some personal stuff too.  Have had several requests for bottles lately....

AND more walking my ass off (literally) to stay up on all you other Fat Bastards.  B)

Guessing there will be a minimum of 4 cigars burned to death at my hands as well.

Mother in laws birthday and Youth traveling league basketball tournament to get my staycation week started.  Plan on smoking some great cigars next week.  On the list is Sir Winston, Bushidos, Monte 80th, and an 08 Lusi I've been itching to smoke.  Been mostly smoking standbys (RASCC, Party Short, RGPC and SP non-plus).  Time to breakout some big boys and likely be reminded of how much I like the smaller format sticks yet again.

I'm back from a business trip to Sydney, wife and kids are back from a spring vacation trip to Disneyland, so we're all comfortably home.  It's also storming again here in Northern California today; we're content to stay dry and cozy.

Probably catch up on some TV shows -- The Expanse (latest episodes), and perhaps start on season 2 of The Man in the High Castle.

Reading stack:
* Neuromancer by Gibson -- last read in the early 90s; now listening to the audiobook; 80% complete
* The Complete Sherlock Holmes by Conan Doyle, audiobook read by Stephen Fry -- Fry is a superb narrator, and this is 62 hours of material
* The Dark Forest by Liu -- first book in the series (The Three Body Problem) was excellent hard sci-fi, looking forward to its sequel
* Moby Dick by Melville -- in an all-too-brief conversation with @JohnS, I was reminded of this classic of the canon which I've not read in 30 years
* Bleak House by Dickens -- has been on my list for a while
