Don Rickles

Sad news this morning when I turned on the radio. Don Rickles has died at the age of 90 due to kidney failure.

No other person on the planet could so mercilessly insult you and still leave you with the feeling that you were having fun.

We will miss his acid tongue and quick wit.

Loved his appearances on the Dean Martin Roasts.  If you have not seen those, they are must see material if you enjoy the likes of Don Rickles.

...yes, the ones in the infomercials...I get caught up watching them every time they come on.  Don is always making an appearance.

Sad to see so many from that era are gone. Not days they think they have to be crude and obscene to be funny. RIP Mr Rickles and Thank you

He was still performing. My brother and I considered getting tickets for our grandparents to see him up in Reno not too long ago. He will be missed.
