For FOH Cuba travellers...Rum Museum Tasting

FOH and AmiCigar have been invited to a rum tasting on the Tuesday (15th) 3PM at 

Museo del Ron Havana Club Avenida del Puerto 262, esq. Sol, Habana Vieja Cuba, Havana. 

There is no cost but they would like numbers asap. 

If you could post on this thread if you would like to attend. We need to get numbers out by the weekend so that they can set up the required space. 

I would send out an e-mail but many of you have already left for various parts of the world. Gino is sending out an e-mail to his crew so if you have booked through Amicigar to date, best to reply to Gino in order that we do not double dip on numbers.

I would like to attend the rum tasting.  Two questions:

1. Tuesday is the 15th.  Is this event happening on 11/14 (Monday) or 11/15 (Tuesday)?
2. If Tuesday, this event overlaps another scheduled event (Amicigar & FOH meet Balcon Baymanaco, Cuban & International Woman Cigar Club).  Will we need to decide between one of the two events or has the Balcon Baymanaco event been rescheduled?

I'm curious - but how close is this event to the Cigars and Music event previous to that?  The location in the PDF is somewhat vague....so I have no idea where "Club Havana" or "Four Season Hall" is to see on a map.....

If it's the Club Havana I'm thinking of (I think there's only one), the two events are ~30 minutes away from each other according to Google:

I am hearing that the Club Havana event and the Womens International cigar event are being combined into one event.

That's the correct Club Havana and 30 minutes is about right.

 

Gino already knows I'll be going to the rum tasting.

Ron Museum is near the cruise ship terminal in old Havana. 

You will pretty much go from the first event to this one. I doubt this will run more than 90 minutes. 

Partagas opening night is on the same night.

Dana and I would love to do the rum tasting but are a little confused. We all ready have an event from 300-430 on Tues.

Are  we to chose between the 2 events or is it like Ryan suggests that the Womens Int. Cigar event has been combined with the Club Havana event?

I haven't organised this gig.....if the Womens Int event is being rolled into this one then no problem.  If it is not then I will stick with Sarah Saunders and the Int Women. 

Don't ever be under the misapprehension that I have a handle on what is going on
