New Feature: Member Map

We have a new feature which may prove useful to members:

Member Map

if you double click on Member Map Link in the red menu at the top of the forum (it looks like this)

 

Then the below will come up. 

if you type in your location, you will be added. Yes...it is an "opt in" service. 

Over time the map will populate showing where members are based. It is handy if you are say travelling to a locale and would like to catch up with a member there. You would just shoot him a PM.

if you are keen, give it a whirl

Cool feature! Is it possible to send a group PM to multiple members in a specific area? Let's say one was trying to organize a local event..

Tab for map will not appear. Tried it on Chrome, Internet explorer and mobile.

Member Map is now showing for me (iPad) and I was able to update my location (New Smyrna Beach, Florida, USA)

Ha! I actually got through on the phone hotline and ordered a paper copy of the census, on account of how much trust I have in the Australian Government securing information online.

Back to the matter at hand, great feature!
