Just realized that they threw in a Coro instead of one of the cigars on the list!

Yep @PadronFan.. It's over! You'll never look at NC's the same way after acclimating to Cubans, it's more than the mystique. Careful now, those 24:24's will have ya salivatin'!

Congratulations, Padron.  You're gonna need a bigger boat.

Ayala drives the boat, chief.

Start getting the Cabinet/Wineador setup now. Its a steep slippery slope!;)

I bought my first CC sampler from Prez about a month ago. Since then I purchased 6 boxes already. A slippery slope indeed.

Haha thanks guys, great to be among friends and the like-minded. I'm curious, do you guys mostly order from the 24:24's or from the regular site as well?

Are you smoking out of all of them or are some for aging? Cheers!

I'm smoking some of them now to see where they are and then I plan to come back to them every once in  a while to see how they develop over time.

I imagine, after smoking his first one, the rest will follow very quickly. Sampler's usually don't last long after the first one is smoked. Then the boxes come (welcome to the dark side!). The nc's will probably be set aside and almost forgotten. The 24:24 and 24:72's will be looked at when they show up at 8:30pm (east coast time). And don't even try for Cohibas as they are usually sucked up by bots immediately after the posting.

You've got the right idea! Enjoy!

six boxes in a month?

you have skipped all the phases between new to the hobby and seriously in need of intervention..................

WELL DONE !!!!!

My ex-wife once mentioned I may have an addiction prone personality, I took care of that problem. But all kidding aside, I had good month financially, so I decided to invest some money in the hobby that brings me unquestionable pleasure. I already have a decent stash of NC boxes that I like. Now I'll be building up my Cuban collection. As all us smokers know, it's not a waste of money. It's an investment in a better future. At least that's what I tell my girlfriend.

Yep I'm definitely planning on smoking all of these once they've had a months rest. The plan is to pick what I like and get a few boxes

As a fairly new forum member myself I echo PadronFan's sentiments.  The cigars from our host are top shelf, the packaging is 2nd to none, and the customer service is outstanding.  :2thumbs:  Thank you Rob, thank you Diana, and thank you to the entire FOH team who make this place run like a fine tuned machine.

Too funny I think I have an addictive personality but I have never been addicted to drugs or alcohol. In fact booze are a daily part of my life because of work and  there is still zero temptation.  On the other hand the things I collect I am addicted too. I have thousands of dollars in art that will never make my walls because I have no more space yet I keep buying because I need it. So yea maybe I do have a super addictive personality and just got lucky on not being addicted to the bad stuff.

That's about it.

morpheus-red-pill-vs-blue-pill.jpg

"You take the blue pill, the story ends. You wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill, you stay in Wonderland, and I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes." The term redpill refers to a human that is aware of the true nature of Habanos Cigars!
