24:24's are they way to go as they generally represent either higher quality (more attention given to the box), better price (think of 24:24's as a sale) or most often both. If you have to have something now, order through the ****int conduit. Best to wait for 24:24 as Rob has vetted the selection resulting in a higher probably you'll be satisfied.

And.

It's more fun.

You rarely get a heads up as to what will be on 24:24s;

you don't really know how many boxes are available;

you may not have even heard of some of the selection (but they look gooood);

some may be old favourites;

they may be super rare or even rediscovered having been lost in a warehouse (Sancho Panza NP '13 anyone?);

and does someone really have a Cohiba bot?

Welcome and enjoy! I suggest you look into a bigger humidor (I use coolerdors with Boveda 69's interspersed within), as well as an extension on your credit limit.

I now order almost exclusively from the 24's.

I  order almost Exclusively from 24:24. There are a few cigars I am waiting to stock up on, others on my "to try" list and some just look too good to pass up. "Window Shopping" the selection each day has become a ritual.

If i may suggest , let them rest and forget about aging... try them to find your cc profil then age a box.   My 2 cents

Everybody's different but I really enjoy initiating new converts in my office.   Sampler pack of 10 pc's.  They tend to choose the fuller ones at first coming from NC's, partagas short and rasc always in the top two.  Then the Robustos; the first boxes of D4's and RASS come in and the excitement begins.  Usually upmann, Juan Lopez and Bolivar next and I work them into the SP's, VR's, sc's, erdm, Monte, pl's, diplo's then for the more medium varieties when the palate is ripe for hoyo, RYJ, punch.  Finally my personal fav's with aged Quai d'orsay and Trinidad.  Never had a failed convert yet, very rewarding for all.   Rob's samplers are much simpler!!
