I went with Blend 2, but I have no idea what "toasted tobacco spine" is/means. It sounds painful.

Blend 2. I prefer a more full bodied cigar.

Blend One...sounds like a Saint Luis Rey Serie A. Blend Two...a Juan Lopez Seleccion No.1 perhaps? Blend One for me.

Blend 2 with no hesitation

Both are appealing for sure, but I voted #1. I love citrus and almond in cigars. You have me remembering my OR BHK 52 with the description of #1.

... at $4.00 bucks a stick I will take either, cross my fingers and hope it is good. At $14.00 a stick you can keep both!

Blend... bah, humbug!

Not sure what JL1s you've been smoking...

For me, blend 1 is a morning or summer or gin in the glass choice. Blend 2 is a evening or winter or whisky in the glass choice.

You caught me at night, so I'll take blend 2 and a nice scotch please.

Had you caught me in the morning, I could've taken bundle 1

Ditto!

Rob, you working on some new FOH house blend cigars?

Sold me on corona gorda and old leather. That's what I taste when i smoke Punch Punch. And that's what makes me love them so much. I wouldn't know about the rest I only have 4 taste buds and they only taste coffee, leather, and nougat sometimes but not often. Ignorance is bliss I guess.

Isn't it possible that these are not yet current production cigars?

Definitely...100%. It would be nice to have a new regular production corona gorda release.

By the way, I forgot to include in that list the recent Anejados Partagas Corona Gorda. I've not had it (yet), I wonder if it's similar to blend two?

Number One although I do like some of the aspects of 2..

Blend one made me think of Diplomaticos, I picked that.

Blend two sounded fine but sort of a mish mash of pretty familiar flavors. I can get cocoa and leather in existing cigars.
