joeypots Posted January 25, 2016 Author Posted January 25, 2016 My "bold statement" has come to pass! When you are right, you're right. That was a football game, can't fault the Pats on effort, they just got beat. 1
riazp Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Carolina seem to have difficulty finishing as strong as they start. Seattle almost came back down 31-0 after the first half. Arizona had a bit of momemtum going until Palmer would have brain farts and throw to the wrong team on multiple occasions. Should make for a ver good SB50. Looking foward to it
Orion21 Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Carson Palmer lived up to his reputation. He was excellent all the regular season a sucked big time during the playoffs. Yes, his index finger on his throwing hand was injured, but he made HORRIBLE decisions throwing into coverage 6 freaking times. Who throws a lob pass to their shortest receiver twice!? However, the Panthers played one of the best all around games I think I have ever seen. That team is a Juggernaut.
MrGTO Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Denver will put the hammer down to put the pressure on Cam and he will fold! If the can't get to Cam it's game over for Denver. Denvers DBs can cover up the Panthers receivers so its up to the front D to get in there to disrupt everything else.
Hoepssa Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Panthers needs Cam to run more, they don't have lethal weapons- when season started after Benjamin's out. As we can see, chemical effect in this team while they have the real Super-man + unsung hero Greg Olsen. Manning is struggling more than Pats expected. Panthers will kill him if he plays this way(Sanders wasted two key passes) while Broncos D are awesome, just more than awesome to describe.
Ken Gargett Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 Not a NE fan, but Brady owns The playoffs. I've lost unspeakable money betting against Tom Brady and Floyd Mayweather. That's being said I learned my lesson a long term me ago and never bet against either of them.... Arizona vs NE for the Super Bowl no disrespect, but i'm starting to see why you lose money betting on sports!
LLC Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 I'm going to be cheering fit Denver but it will be very impressive if the can pull it off.
eswary Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 no disrespect, but i'm starting to see why you lose money betting on sports! Not my year I guess, part of the game. But yea, I got killed... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
brutusthebuckeye Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 Screw Belichicken... Tired of Brady... Carson Palmer went Carson Palmer... Cam is good but I don't like his Terrel Owens'esq celebrations...that stuff is for diva wide receivers.. Screw the Broncos and John Elway...BUT I'll be rooting for Peyton Manning to go out on top... Yes! I'm a bitter Browns fan...
JohnS Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 I'm going to be cheering fit Denver but it will be very impressive if the can pull it off. Yes I agree. I admit I've not followed the season games as much as I should, but after watching the NFC Championship game yesterday, it makes me wonder how Carolina lost to Atlanta 20-13 for their only loss this season. Incidentally, NFC winners have won 4 of the last 6 Super Bowls, if that means anything, which it probably doesn't!
MrGTO Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 I watched Peyton grow up at Tennessee. I have to pull for him even tho I'm a Steelers fan. Denver is living up to the quote: " Offense sells tickets, but defense wins championships"
MrGTO Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 If any of you Denver fans are game I'm up to throw a fiver (cigars) down on the Panthers. Ohhhh snap!
Habana Mike Posted January 26, 2016 Posted January 26, 2016 I'll take that Clint. About as deep as I'll go though
