Reading the emails from the buyer I'm pretty sure I know who the "simpleton" is. I wonder what school of economics this clown graduated from? Wherever it was he should ask for his money back because cash money doesn't guarantee anything! Dolla' Dolla' Bills Y'all!

The first premise of Customer relaitions is that the client is always right. As I tell my team, that is crap. You give what you receive. In the main it is a great experience. But There are days.......where tossers come to the fold. Piss them off.

Rob, I am being told, more and more and more, that even in MY line of work, that we need to be all about "public relations", and the way to excel at that is through employing the "customer relations" mindset of "the customer is always first".

Eff. That. Noise.

Nothing wrong with that. Let them be the first out the door and every once in a while you might even consider opening the door first before tossing them through it.

Yeaaaaaaah, that's not gonna work. Not in this day and age of YouTube and cellphone cameras.

I love working in my field where the customer is not always right and we always trust...but verify.

How did you resist not trolling this guy?! I would not be able to. Especially on the 3 boxes per month part.

Edit: would love to keep this an on going thread with more emails like these. Reading these goes great con una CoRo y cafe
