The grass is not always greener on the other side....and while some aspects annoy us, there is something special about home party.gif

Still, if you have been around for some time, the thought may have crossed your mind. Some have acted on it and for others (like myself), you have toyed with the idea to some extent or another..even if it is a daydream or something put off for "down the track".

So the question, If you could move anywhere where would it be?

Another country, another city or state within your own country. it really doesn't ' matter.

Simply, where and why biggrin.png

Our goal is to have a small coffee farm in Kailua Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii

Perfect altitude and weather, amazing views, not too crowded like some of the other islands, 6 out of 7 seasons, farm tax subsidies and Grander Alley 20 minutes away!

I would buy (or build) an Rv and travel around.

When I get bored of that, be it from desiring a more urban lifestyle or wanting to broach other continents where an Rv is unfeasible, I will rent furnished apartments a month at a time. If I find a place to settle down, then that will be that.

The Big Island too. Awesome scenery yet almost like living in the country.

If all goes as planned my wife and I will retire there in about 15 years.

My wife wants us to move to Cuba for a year. Her idea. She's at the point where she's emailing me the prices for the international schools there.

Of course, a large part of me loves the idea. Another part of me has a 10 year old and a 12 year old.

I've told her it's not easy..
