I'm surprised no one has yet posted this particular chapeau. Wilkey

If by "stunning" you mean as in being smacked across the face with a 3-days-in the sun codfish, then I agree. lol3.gif

... I chose the word 'stunning' with ceramic bearing precision!

Just curious, did you steal that 'hat' form a dead box of double coronas? -Rsmartass.gif

These are a few of my favorites, along with about 100 ball caps.

Help me decide...which of these fur felt fedoras do you prefer? Any other options on your mind? I'm looking for something in brown or gray, 2-inch ish brim, fur felt preferred but would entertain a well made wool felt. Looking for a versatile look that can dress you up or down.

They are:

  • Stetson Saxon
  • Stetson Benchley
  • Biltmore Florence
  • Biltmore Chicago
  • Biltmore Lisbon

The Florence would be my pick.

I love how you have this absolute pissed-off look on your face of "If that damn photographer doesn't get that camera out of my face, I'm gonna beat the ever-loving piss out of him".

And yes....duly noted that they were all self-portraits (therein lying the ironic chuckle).

LOL.

I'm sorta digging the Biltmore Stewart in Black Oak as well.

Wilkey

Love this one - the shape and contours look better on this than the others. Only change I would like is to stay with that as is, as a black hat, but to have the band / ribbon be in a dark brown. That reverse-contrast could be very intriguing.

I know it might be cliché but I want so much to get one Heisenberg's style hat, you know from breaking bad.

You can buy the hiesenburg from Goorin Brothers. They were the hat maker for the show.

Yes, but there's an actual hiesenburg hat by Goorin brother which they made for the show & sell as replicas
