GodofFire Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 I just tried to look up a couple different brands and it is not working. Other parts of the site work fine just not the brand look up
rodrigodeanda Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 Not working for me either, just the home page
joncat Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 Brand look up not working this morning. Rest of site seems to be OK.
OleOle Posted November 27, 2014 Posted November 27, 2014 Brand look up not working this morning. Rest of site seems to be OK. Yep, this is what I experience too. The website or administrator has... uhh... probably just nipped out for a quick smoke
stogieluver Posted November 27, 2014 Author Posted November 27, 2014 I don't make it to the site. This is what I get: Login failed for user 'cubancigarwebsite'. stogieluver Posted November 27, 2014 Author Posted November 27, 2014 Alex fixed the problem. Working fine now.
ATGroom Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 Yeah, sorry guys, had a slight miss-communication with the host. Was down for most of a day. Should be back now.
Trevor2118 Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 This was probably in part due to the change-over from me to Alex. Alex is now the official owner of CubanCigarWebsite.com. He has my fullest support.
hulklogan Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Is there a button to add cigars to your collection? From the drop down list there is only "Brands" with no further action.
... Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 When browsing brands, for each vitola, you'll see some icons (a star, a plus) on the top right corner. When viewing the vitola you want to add, click the plus sign and follow with the little pop window.
hulklogan Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Got it, thanks... expected an "add" button in the actual collection section.
