So there I am on Sunday afternoon relaxing after having lunch with my mum, my son and his girlfriend, a few glasses of wine and all happy.

I receive a phone call from Alastair telling me to check my emails or my PM on the forum. I ask why and he proceeds to tell me that he had a PM from Frank telling him "Rob is in jail and can't contact Australia" and for me to ring Toby ASAP.

So of course I left all my contact numbers at work thinking I won't them on me the whole time...big mistake.

I did try to ring Rob on his number but to no avail, then I try to ring Toby, first time the number is engaged by this time a bit of panic is building up Then I try again and I get through.

But it just doesn't seem right as when Toby answered the phone it sounds like he is at a night club with music blaring, I am thinking "what they bought the party to jail so Rob doesn't miss out "

I ask him, can I speak to Rob and he says "yeah sure just a minute" by this stage I am confused .

Rob gets on the phone "3/4 full " and is all happy to hear from me and starts talking, god knows what he was saying, but all I said and in a very loud voice "ARE YOU IN JAIL" and he says no at the party honey.

I explained what was being relayed across the globe and in his drunken state he tells me he was asking Frank about Khalil and did he go to jail or back to Australia .

Needless to say I told him to have a great time and I hung up and had another glass of wine

He is there just one day and it has began...this is going to be an interesting week

He did just text me to let me know one of the other Aussie guys had food poisoning because he ordered the duck....Rob thought that was an interesting choice as he has never seen duck in Cuba before

What an awesome idea! Tell Rob to leave his bags packed (well take you the stupid jacket bullshit) and bring the FOH gang over to nice warm Perth in the first week of December. And i can catch up with them during the week and you can have a proper herf on the saturday during the day and i can catch up at night after work.
