Lotusguy Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 <Gulp> That will kill it for me, even at duty free pricing.

Lant63 Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 I have been advised that the regular price will be £258 per box of ten.My bank account just started crying Sent by telepathic super powers -Stogie Boy
finecigar Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Wow even higher than I thought... Those are some pricey sticks. I will have to pass ?
Maplepie Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 I have been advised that the regular price will be £258 per box of ten. As per UK prices... That isn't that bad. I'm still worried about how much I am needing to pay for the Ramon Allones 225s.
Maplepie Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 The cigars may be Sobresalientes but the price is Drunksalientes!!!!!! 2
finecigar Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 The cigars may be Sobresalientes but the price is Drunksalientes!!!!!! seriously... @ $40/stick somebody is surely drunk...
in0gravity Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 I'm still worried about how much I am needing to pay for the Ramon Allones 225s. much more than the PL Sobresalientes that's for sure. These will be through the Roof.
ChanceSchmerr Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Perfect! Cause y'know, the last UK RE priced like that (Punch Gold Medals) flew off the shelves.....oh wait... 3
in0gravity Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 I have been advised that the regular price will be £258 per box of ten. Are you sure about that price? The LCDH has them at GBP 225,--
Hash Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 This is ridiculous , Habanos is taking us for a ride with all those Limited Editions and Regionals, which i am starting to believe they do not add anything to cuban cigars. Concentrating on improving regular production is much better for the connoisseurs.
Ryan Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 £26 per cigar is a lot of money. People might forget though that the Magnificos were £21-£22 when they came out. And that's 7 years ago. Sizewise, they are very similar, Volume and surface area (wrapper cost) of the 2 cigars are within 1%. Those shiny band UK PLs sell well. Try finding PL Magnificos or Regalias de Londres at close to original price now. I agree that the Punch Gold Medal was way overpriced. The Sobresaliente is on the high side too but I think it will sell. 2
Drguano Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Are you sure about that price? The LCDH has them at GBP 225,-- Yes, the LCDH has them at 225 but just until Friday. 1

When I heard the price, I was happy to find a good mate wanted to split the box. 1

I had one back in March or so, a left-over from the tasting in Havana in February. http://www.friendsofhabanos.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=117913&hl=sobresaliente The one I had was too young, a lot of ammonia. Still there was something to it, it could have the legs to be a good cigar. Hope you like them.

Drguano Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Indeed. The Roadster! Nothing like a convertible in -12 C weather
in0gravity Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Indeed. The Roadster! Nothing like a convertible in -12 C weather Is this a left hand wheel car?
Ryan Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Bracing! Enjoy the car. At least you get summers for top down driving over there.
Drguano Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Is this a left hand wheel car? This car has wheels on both sides front and back. The steering wheel is on the left making it easier to drive here in the states. I wanted to pick up a right hand drive car in the UK but the wife said it wasn't small enough to carry on. 1
