Would make sense that the evaluation is 'upper spectrum of market' value since evaluators' fees are usually based on assessed total value. An 'expert' I had a chat with about evaluating butterfly collections mentionned 5% of total assessed value as fees. There lies the incentive...

The gentleman did not discriminate! Many fine boxes in that collection, I sure hope he not only collected but also made the chance enjoy smoking some of them before his passing.
