wookiemofo Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 Asking partially because I'm curious what to smoke myself, granted my selection is limited. Anyone have a special stick lined up for Father's Day? I'm leaning towards a RASCC or Boli PC, nothing out of this world but two of my faves!
thebigk Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 I have a single 1966 I got as a gift and as long as I get the time it will die by fire Happy Father's Day to all are dads and a special Happy Fathers Day to all the dads away from there kids doing there duty for there country what ever country that may be
laficion Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 I'm going to smoke a ,"MONSDALE" , that has been well resting In my Humidor . 1
mgravito Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 BHK54. Not the best cigar ever, but definitely one of the most relaxing (if that makes any sense). 1
bradbrennan Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 I'd go for the Book PC. I'm enjoying a Psd4 a little early, it's very nice!
DWC Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 I smoke pretty much daily, so I don't pick a smoke for a special day. A special smoke, when I'm in the right mood, my palate is right, the construction and burn are 'on', etc. makes the day special. Not the day making the smoke special. I smoked a MC tubo (that I had very low expectations for . It's brother was a dog) yesterday that sent me into the 'cigar zone'. Wonderful smoke that gave me about a hour of mental bliss. I wasn't expecting it, but relished the moment when it came. Happy Father's day to all, including the single Mom's who do double duty. Dan
finecigar Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 I'm not a father but if I could get my dad to smoke tomorrow it will be something special like a 1966, 03 VI or 98 Boli Inmensa... Just some ideas! Will definitely be lots of great food and catching up to do even if we don't get to share a cigar.
meatball41 Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 I got a BHK 54 from the christmas sampler that I might go with, never had one. A long afternoon on the deck with a lusi may win out though

wookiemofo Posted June 14, 2014 Author Posted June 14, 2014 Siglo III from a '10 fiver. Put in dry box last night(first time). What's a dry box?
Maplepie Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 What's a dry box?some people find taking some humidity out of a cigar helps with the burn and taste. eg. His rh is at 70%. But before smoking, he dry boxes his sticks at 62% for a minimum of 3 days. Sent from my Q10 using Tapatalk
DrunkenMonkey Posted June 14, 2014 Posted June 14, 2014 '07 SLR DC. I have 6 left in the cab, and I might cry when the last one is gone, they're so good.
