Ground beef formed into a cup and stuffed with goodness (each one had something different and all were really good, topped with cheese and wrapped with bacon. Chopped bacon and crab stuffed mushrooms, clams, bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers, smoked mushrooms. Everything Slow cooked in a smoker all day. 2
