Yes it works. I often use it with the neutral 'Essentiel" product. It really kills the odors. The only downside is that it consumes a lot and that the products are quite expensive…

I wouldn't use "allowed" but I do it at night when he is sleeping and in my office.

In Brazil 500 ml (16.9 oz) cost US$55 so the prices I've found in USA are affordable. Still expensive but affordable.

btw, I know some people manage to "cook" their perfumes, with isopropylic alcohol (which is cheap) plus Lampe Berger or cheaper fragrance…

I've seen a thread on a cigar board but I didn't bookmark it… rolleyes.gif

I would not smoke inside with a baby at home, period. If you must, go sit by an open window and blow the smoke outside.

That's what I do. In my office.

My office has 6 windows and my desk is beside one.

But hey, I am a Brazilian, we are monkeys, no problems about smoking with children!

I never smoke inside myself but can only recommend Lampe Berger as my wife cooks a lot, smokes a few and uses it.

Great albeit expensive refills.

I prefer to go to my local pub for cigars .... ok.gif

Just came back from there - a vintage RASS smile.png

The lamp does work well but you need ventilation as well. You should also smell all the scents as some are pretty strong/funky.

Unfortunately I am very short of time to go to places to smoke cigars. Usually I smoke at home that's why my concern about smell. I have a plan to do my cave but until there I have to work with I have: office, son, time and smoke.

Yes, some of them can be heady, that's why I recommend you buy the "neutral" as well, so you can dose the scent to your convenience (and reduce the cost).

If you have double hung windows a box fan in the window blowing out will do wonders.

We've used the Lampe Berger for some time. Better half thinks it works quite well.

She also thinks Yankee Candles do a pretty good job for a bit less.

lol. Since you have an exterior wall in that room, it would be inexpensive to pop an exhaust fan (500cfm or better) into the wall, or under one of the windows. Creating a slight negative pressure in the room will insure that the smoke doesn't flow elsewhere in the house and it will also reduce the post-smoking odor in the room, possibly reducing the about of expensive deodorant required.

That's true. But at this moment I am not thinking about anything related to the wall but it's an option. Thanks.
