Armaniac Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 Uploading photos could possibly be made simpler. Uploading from a Mac takes several steps and I have to write and post first, then pull up the full editor to be able to attach pics. Also, if your file size is too big there is no option to resize at the point of upload, your upload merely fails and you have to start over. I use a MacBook Pro and all i do is save the picture to my desktop and attach it to my post. No editor needed and to date no file size issues. Maybe an Imac is different?

Sorry, maybe I was not clear. I don't want an e-mail notification as those are always obnoxious and irritating to me. I want a notification at the top of the FoH page when I log into the FoH site.

Now granted, I do most of my forum browsing and responding via a normal PC and full keyboard, but the one thing that I do like about Tapatalk is that it keeps everything homed nicely. All of the threads you've subscribed to are available at a touch. Every thread you've posted a response in, etc. It tells you when you've been quoted. And if you are a member of other forums that the software supports (like FOH and BOTL.org both use the same forum software) then you have everything under one roof and can hop between them.

Not sure if this would fall under forum update or not but I would love to see in the review section a standard for naming posts with the correct name of the cigar being reviewed. Takes 20 searches for find all the reviews of Cohiba Robusto, CoRo...
